Great boutique hotel with a restaurant / bar on the terrace. Location is ideal for exploring the centre of Santiago - Plaza de Armas is a short walk. It's also close to several main attractions and the Lastarria and Bellavista neighbourhoods are nearby (these are great for eating, drinking and shopping). What really makes this hotel stand out, however, are the wonderful staff. The receptionist were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff were lovely, as were the staff who cleaned the rooms. The rooftop restaurant is a real bonus serving excellent food - and again the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We stayed 2 weeks (some business but mainly pleasure) and were genuinely sad to leave. The perfect place to explore Santiago.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, situated in downtown Santiago, ideally situated for exploring the local bars and restaurants. Staff were all super-friendly. They even allowed me to arrive early to drop off my bags, while I went off to have some lunch, before checking-in an hour or so later. Room was very clean and spacious with a nice sized balcony, with a table and a view of the local area. Large, comfortable bed too. There's a rooftop bar - unfortunately this was closed (Sunday) during my overnight stay. Breakfast was very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, but probably not for a Sunday evening, so I could take advantage of the rooftop bar!

large room; very quiet even though it overlooked the street (double-pane windows); super clean and modern with nice lighting, comfortable bed, and plenty of space, also in the bathroom; coffee machine in room and small fridge (mini-bar); good location right across the street from a park and within walking distance of many sites, stores and restaurants; generous breakfast buffet with fruit, eggs, yoghurt, pastries, and more; friendly staff (Paul and Raul); when we had to check out at 6:30 before breakfast started at 7:00 they packed us sandwiches to take with us

Joachim

Our group of 5 had 2 suites and a deluxe single room. Stylish, opulently furnished very spacious rooms, the most luxurious feeling rooms of anywhere we stayed on this trip (Foz do Iguazu, Curitiba, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Mendoza and here, Santiago) all at around the same budget. Firm bed which we like. Unfortunately I got ill while here (nothing to do with the Hotel) so we were unable to experience the rooftop wine terrace or the (ground floor) restaurant which we had been looking forward to. Another time maybe, I'd stay here again.

Let me tell you… This hotel it’s as its name a Sommelier hotel,it’s a very privileged location, from there you can go anywhere in Santiago either walking or by public transport. The staff especially the concierge are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved by cooking my morning eggs without too much garlic, but in general this will continue the place I will stay in all my visits to Chile.
